New designs and little cakes

You probably know how super duper proud I am of my daughter Selina...a recent high school grad and business owner.
These finished pendant are for sale as well as her pendant blanks...for your own fabric or designs.

I love the "paint by number" fabric...that was one of my favorite things to do as a child....I bet you liked it too!
This fabric has the word "love" embroidered on it.
My favorite shape of hers in the hexie!
I love this  face!
There are french knots on his party hat.
Jack...the pumpkin king!...he has a few beads on him...I need to watch this movie again soon!
He has French knot highlights in his eyes.
in a hexie this time!  Boy am I looking forward to halloween decorating!
I need to make some clips on earrings for myself...my ears always grow back...I give up on pierced earrings.  I guess my body says No!
Selina also made lots of Petit fours!
They are great tea cakes.
She had a blast and brought them to a party.
Plus she made up a box for her boyfriend and her friend as well.
They were so yummy and looked great!
She just keeps surprising me with her talents!

Happy monday!

Cookies, breads, pies, and more!!!
I love looking in my recipe file for my favorites......I should share some soon!
My favorites are always some kind of cookie or bar.

This SET OF 15 FLASH CARDS...you print them on creme colored cardstock and cut out, sooooo easy. The words you get are: Cake, flour, sugar, bake, butter, brownie, cupcake, frosting, chocolate, pie, sprinkles, cookies, donuts, fudge, and eggs. Each one comes with a cute definition and number. They measure: 7 5/8" x 3 1/4".
They are fun to have around the kitchen or framed.
Wouldn't these be great in a bakery or in a bake sale.
I love the boldness of the text.

Signs- for everyday

inspiring
My signs are in my Hudsonsholidays Etsy shop.
There are signs for everyday and also all the holidays.
This Purple sign is constantly pinned on pinterest....I need to turn off my notification emails....too many pins from this.
They are easy to purchase...an email comes instantly after you buy it and you just click on the download link.
Just save the file and print on your printer.
These make great gifts and are perfect for your home decor.
I often just frame them in a document frame or an 8 x 10 from the dollar store....super easy quick gift.
It is really nice when the person you are giving to has everything and you don't know what to get them.
I print on either white cardstock, presentation paper, matte photo paper and glossy works great too.
These are not meant for resale however.
Just letting you know.
Another thing is that they are a pdf file (adobe reader opens it- free program) and they are not available in jpg.
They are meant to be signs.
They are great for holiday celebrations and parties.

I love how green this one is!
I have them for winter, all four seasons, weddings, birthdays, funny one, and inspiring ones.
These are also great to pack away in totes......I have lots of holiday totes...and these take almost zero room in a tote.

Have your cake....and eat it too

Yummy cake.....birthday cake!
I still think it is nicer and cheaper to make a cake rather than buy one at the grocery store.
The only time I buy a cake is when a lot of people are coming....and I need a big one.
I made a cake last weekend and everyone ate it up!
---------------------------------------------------------

I just wanted to share a few things with you.
This is a new sign in my etsy shop....I love you dad.  Just need to be able to say how you feel?
Makes the perfect gift for Father's day or when baby is born and there is a new daddy in the family.
Looks great hung up in the man cave.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is kinda hard to see...but this is my little herb garden just outside my studio door.
It was a worn out end table...it was outside getting weathered...the top fell out. My daughter painted it last year and now we stapled some chicken wire and moss in the bottom.
I added dirt and planted my little herbs...so cute!
It is right next to my blue chair.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
It is one of the best antique shows in the country...I was in it for several years.....crazy good sales!
People would be in line to get into your booth...they had to get there first.
It was such a good experience...so glad I did it!
I can't do everything though, so I decided to concentrate on patterns and artwork.
Above are some of the posters when I was in the show....I have it hung in my studio!
It took me months to make cool items and then sell almost everything in a weekend.
I love being a shopper however (I can always carve out time to shop!)
There is only one bad thing about the show.....
it is soooooo crowded....that I get alittle nutty.
I will have to practice my slipping around people skills!

Come to the Pin me linky party and The Party bunch
