My fabric collections

I now have lots of fabric on spoonflower...ready to purchase.

The characters are sweet...not scary.

I have always had a passion for pansies...I used to collect all china and vases with pansies....and my mom named one of our cats pansy because she had a pansy face.

Here it is in my pink Deflecto frame....brings a slightly different look depending on the frame.

Summer .... so far.... has not been very productive yet.... I see my cat Trix doing crazy things after getting into the catnip.  I then am distracted over and over.

My daughter is home....always wanting to be doing fun stuff.....but she does have driving school to occupy some of her time.

But I do love to doodle....this is a zen doodle. 

There is a really cool magazine about it from Cloth, paper, scissors magazine.

Very fun and addicting!

Have you seen my summer time preemie flash cards....these are tiny.

There are 27 lil flash cards on one college sheet....all you have to do is print on cream colored cardstock and cut out.

These are great for your decor, tuck in a card, MAKE AS TAGS, great for scrapbooking , sweet in a dolls hands, use in altered art or collage art, bookmarks, and much more. 

The words you get are: Popsicle, vacation, beach, lazy days, bees, barbeque, surf, cracker jacks, smores, picnics, roses, strawberry, flag, iced tea, summer, sand castles, hamburger, camping, swimming pool, garden, school's out, suntan, baseball, hot, sea shells, hotdogs, and lake.

What's new with me?

I have been doing a variety of things lately....pretty much having a blast.

I have been painting more Big eyes....

Since I can't have purple hair in real life...I made her have it....she likes it.

This is my kitty ...mid way through....she is now finished.  I will have to take a finished pic.

Bunny girl...with her butterflies.

Sometimes I pick up unfinished wood pieces at goodwill to paint on....why not? 

Here I am trying to finish my embroidery design... You will see what I decided to do shortly.

I wanted some bright colors and a flowery motif!

I picked out a rainbow of colors....thank you DMC! 

Last night I couldn't stop myself from punching....it is addicting!

I kept watching "forensic files"....another addicting thing!

I have been recoloring my repeating zinnia pattern...I love blue and purple...they are my happiest colors. 

It is amazing how colors change they way you feel about something. 

I love lime green...it is very cheery.

My favorite yogurt is key lime pie....to die for. 

When I think of Halloween ...I think ORANGE.

These colors remind me of Halloween ....very non spooky....just harvest like. 

I could change colors all day long! 

Sweet black and purple...so sophisticated.

I had a great weekend.....hanging with my daughter and hubby.

I better get back to work....I keep doing fun things....lol.

She has been gone for 17 years...miss her greatly.

As I have told you before...

My only child was born and my mom died 20 days later....

As one angel came into my life...another left.

I cherish my time with my daughter....she is my everything...so is her daddy, my husband.

My daughter, so small, and her daddy.

I gave my mom the Andy Warhol treatment....lol

Happy Birthday Set

I just made a set of coordinating Birthday digitals....a 5 x 7 card, a To/From tag set and a Thank you tag set....all together...and all matching. 

This set is in my etsy shop now.

I made the repeating pattern design in Adobe Illustrator.... which I thought was perfect for Birthdays.

I keep Thank you tags handy for all my customers....I just tuck it into their order...this is a bright and cheery way to say you appreciate their business.

Of course it can be used to say Thank you to anyone!

There is plenty of room for names on these tags...and you will always have them handy because you can print them anytime. 

The tags come on a sheet each...pdf ....very easy to download and use immediately.

See how well they all go together! You could use pink, green, white or purple wrap or tissue paper.

I've printed out many so I will have a bunch on hand when running around trying to wrap a gift in a flash.  That seems to be how I wrap....last minute...and always in a hurry.

Thought for today:

Money can't buy you happiness...

but it can buy marshmallows...

which are kinda the same thing!
