Batty freebie

This one cracks me up!!
I am going to decorate for Halloween this weekend...it is hard work...I have tons of stuff...
I always watch some scary movies while doing it and usually my hubby sits in his chair and puts batteries in things...lol.
Copy and save....stitch into a fun shelf tuck.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My daughter is making some interesting items using her Victorian Dreamland pattern...
this party hat is a part of it...more details soon!
***************************************************
She also took a minute to model for me....my pattern will be out soon as well!

These are super easy ! Celebrate autumn with these super easy pins and ornaments. There are 37 different Halloween sayings that come with the pattern. These make great gifts, friendship swaps, party favors, ornaments for a tree, and magnets.

Witchy woman....that's me...lol.

Isn't this a fun halloween design...

This is how they look before adding the finished punch needle.
These mini paddle boards are just the perfect way to finish a punch needle and makes the sweetest gift!

You get 3 pendant blanks.....the mini wood paddle board shapes plus the 3 pattern designs and instructions...
This is how they look after.....very prim and so adorable.
Of course you can add your own design too....there is an area in the pattern to draw your own design to fit perfectly.

Live...Courage...dream

These are words to live by!
I love putting banners on my projects...with glitter.
Here I have some fabric flowers....made from silk and satin.
I added leaves and a sweet banner on each.
They are available in my etsy shop called Mrs. Tiddlemouse.
They come on a tag like the one picture above.

We all need some courage from time to time....
Whether it is speaking in front of people, facing a disease, or getting a new job.
I chose red flowers for this one....it just goes with red so well.
I have a good time making my mannequin wear all my brooch's....she loves it!
I sell this large mannequin pattern in my etsy shop.

Here are all five in my shop.
I also have old bottles...I fixed up with some cool labels.
I just have soooo much stuff....I need to sell my treasures before the hoarders team shows up!

I am trying to part with things....it is hard...but necessary!
I just love old bottles....wondering what was there purpose long ago.

Life is peachy
Enjoy the ride!

Scrappy flower pins

Merry Monday to you!
I am being corny today!
I wanted to show you my scrappy flower pins...on my Mrs. Tiddlemouse etsy shop.
Above is "believe"
I love pink gingham....reminds me of little Easter dresses or summer outfits my mom would make me.

I put each one on a tag...makes a great gift this way.

I know a few people this would be good for....you know who you are!

I put them on my large mannequin dress form...which are perfect for display or to hold your jewelry collection.  I also sell the patterns for many mannequins.

They are made from layers of vintage fabric scraps.
"Love" has a yellow and green format.

"Beautiful" would also be good for a lot of people I know.
------------------------------------------
Are you working on any new projects for spring?
I am thinking of having an herb garden near my studio door...I would love to smell the herbs in the summertime.
I have decorated for Easter...boy do I have a lot of stuff (wanted to say junk...lol)
I'll take some pics.
-----------------------------------------
Refuse to settle for anything less than butterflies!

Come to the Pin me Linky party and The party bunch...great fun!

Wendy Walnut Pin - vintage fun

This is so funny.....grab your walnuts now!
This is a vintage kids project.
I LOVE seeing the crafting world of long ago.....after all if they didn't start with these projects, we would never have advanced to others.
Can you imagine actually wearing this....and having a friend say ..."Oh wow....I love your lapel pin!".
But if your child made it, then it would be lovely.

Had to share this with you!

Fun Irish Brooches

Good Mornin'
It snowed this morning .....but it melted...yay!
Come on over to my Mrs. Tiddlemouse Etsy shop to see my new Irish pins.
I was making a tutorial for the Create it club last week and had to make some pins that are very similar...using alot of the same techniques.
They were a fun diversion.
Sassie Lassie is above.....I want to decorate for St. Patricks now!

I wanted to share with you what I use in my sewing room....when ironing wrinkly fabric or clothes.
It is linen water from the dollar tree(the price is right!).  It comes in lovely scents......my favs are rose and lavender.
Just spritz and iron.....suddenly your fabric smells fab and so does your sewing room.
Plus wrinkles are gone!

I put it in a jar on my ironing board so it doesn't fall over.  I am a wild iron fiend...not too delicate...lol.

I am finally well and no more flu...yay.  Hope you are well too!
