I hope everyone is wearing Green today, I am out pinching!!!! My daughter told me no one can pinch at school....in the good old days (70's) a kid could pinch away. Oh well. I am Irish but mainly Scottish....my father gets mad when I say its about the same. He came from Scotland and is fierce about it. He wants a Scottish holiday celebrated here.... I told him to figure it out and I will celebrate. Next thing I know I will be making crafts for "Robert the Bruce" day .

Today is My mom's Birthday! She would have been 79, but she passed away 11 1/2 years ago...just 20 days after I had my only child, Selina. My mom was a super strong woman who gave all she could for her 5 children. She had a tough and not so fair life. We were the joys of her life, I miss her soooooo much. She is probably looking after us all!

I am really excited to start my first blog! I am so new to this, so bear with me...I may say the silliest things!

I have the lucky pleasure of designing for a living....it is so sweet. I get my daughter ready for school...get her there, and then start playing in my studio. I sew, solder pendants, make altered art, design patterns, make digital artwork and sometimes I do the boring business stuff that you have to do.
